Elderly Mr. Putter and his cat, Tabby, decide the porch needs a new look, and in this tale of funny mishaps, it's going to take more paint than Mr. Putter first thought! Always an excellent performer, John McDonough is particularly adept at creating Mr. Putter's whimsical character, and he delivers this small tale perfectly, expressing a growing amusement as more and more things go wrong. His playful yet dignified voice is full of feeling for Mr. Putter and Tabby's gentle relationship, and is particularly well suited to capturing the humor and warmth of these two friends. J.C.G.
