      While the Huit sisters await the return of their parents, it's Marcia's turn to gain her power: super vision. She's also staging a coup against eldest Annie. A pesky neighbor complicates matters by reporting the unsupervised siblings to Family Services. Similar in tone to the earlier titles in the series, this installment doesn't advance the predictable plot.
