Cassidy Ivanoff and her father, John, work at the new and prestigious Curry Hotel outside Mt. McKinley. Once in the Alaska Territory, Alan meets the guide for the expedition, John Ivanoff, and his lovely daughter, Cassidy. He soon begins to realize that the story of John's negligence is a cover-for his father's murderous, greedy partner, Frank. Love, friendship, and unexpected danger are portrayed with emotion that enhances the narrative.
