Mortimer the Teddy Bear has one party hat. "1," says Mortimer holding up his little paw. He also has one balloon, one piece of cake, and one present. It's a party! Mortimer, photographed in bright friendly colors, teaches children both numerals and quantity one to ten. Mortimer teaches with items that are very familiar to small children.
