Kaien's attacker demanded the Sword of Alicorn's location. Kaien has never heard of it, but she knows a fire dragon killed her parents. Following her recovery, Kaien discovers that the indestructible Sword of Alicorn can enable its wielder to conquer an entire planet, but it vanished thirteen years ago.
Convinced that the dragon, sword, and her attack are connected to her parents' deaths, Kaien needs answers about her past. She also worries what will happen to Draiggonia if the dragon finds the sword and how many others he'll maim or kill in his quest to find it.
When no one takes her seriously, Kaien decides to find the sword first. With her two best friends, dragon brothers Ulrich and Josef, Kaien heads toward the big city, determined to save her magical home full of her beloved fantastic creatures.
